- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 80 year old grandmother on a fixed income was sold the wrong type of support hose. When she got home and opened the stapled pharmacy bag she realized that it was not correct. A small slip of paper attached to bag the bad said opened packages could not be returned. The retail box and its contents had not been opened. She simply opened their paper bag, the same type bag prescriptions are placed in. She returned to the store and they refused to exchange or refund her $30 purchase. They considered opening the paper bag as opening the package and that per their policy unreturnable.
